ANAMOSA REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK TO DISCUSS WHY MY VISITS ARE NOW DECLINED AND UNAPPROVED. DISPITE THE ALJ RULING.

I feel utterly defeated in my efforts to protect my husband's constitutional rights. It seems like the Jones County courts and the attorney representing Anamosa State Penitentiary are just having a laugh at my expense. Nearly all of my motions have been denied, while any motion sent by the attorney for Anamosa is promptly accepted and approved by the courts.

Below, you will see that Joseph was placed in the "hole" on March 8th, 2025. I didn't hear from him—no calls from him or anyone else. I had no idea what was happening with him or if he was okay until he called me on April 17th, 2025. Here are my attempts to call and how I was treated like an irrelevant criminal wife. Even now, as I actively call to discuss my suspended visits, my entire account has been declined, and I am not approved to visit my husband. Despite submitting an appeal letter, I was never informed of the reason or received any response. Here is my effort to figure it out by calling and trying to speak with someone.
